Services
Online bodybuilding coaching: One Shot plan (personalised program and meal plan, no follow-up) and follow-up plans of 2, 4 and 6 months (check-in every ten days, adjustments, WhatsApp messages).
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Full payment is due at sign-up. An invoice is available in the client space after each card payment.
Automatic renewal (option)
For follow-up plans, the client may choose automatic renewal. The plan then renews for the same length at the current price, charged to the saved card at the end of each period. A reminder is sent 7 days before each charge. The client can stop the renewal at any time from their space ("Manage my subscription"): the period already paid runs to its end and no further charge is made. If a payment is declined, new attempts are made over a few days; without payment, access ends at the end of the paid period. A discount obtained at sign-up applies to the first payment only.
Start
Work on the program starts after payment, the completed questionnaire and the kick-off call. The plan's duration runs from the day the program is delivered.
Health
Coaching does not replace medical advice. The client reports any injury, pain or health issue and sees a doctor when in doubt.
